Choc orange cranberry bliss balls
I ran out of dates this week, so I had to create something with a different base - sultanas.
Blend 1/2 a cup of almonds and 1/2 a cup of walnuts
Add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 2 teaspoons of cacao, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/8th teaspoon rock or sea salt (optional: ground linseed and/or chia - 1 teaspoon each)
Blend until mixed
Add 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup sultanas
Add 1 drop of food grade wild orange essential oil
Blend until mixture can be formed into balls. If too dry add a little more coconut oil. If too wet, add a little more coconut flour.
Roll into balls and refrigerate.
For best flavour, remove from fridge about 1 hour before eating
