2016 Autumn Timetable
Our new autumn timetable will come in from March 1st, 2016
Strengthening for injury avoidance exercises have been added to more classes. All of this strengthening will be very gentle. Our purpose is to keep you relaxed while strengthening the muscles you need to keep your body working well.
Friday sees the biggest change with with men's class opening up to all at 6am, and the meditation becoming a class with a longer meditation at the end.
Saturday's Yin & Restorative has moved back to 8:45am due to requests from those who would like to come along but are at other things until 8:30.
At this time Wednesday night meditation will stay on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month. If you would like weekly meditation, come along to class. As I get regular numbers, I can increase the number of classes.
