Come along for a guided meditation experience once a month. The first Wednesday of each month at 7:15pm.
Through the hour experience several different styles of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Breath work, mindfulness, body scans, guided imagery, bead meditations among others. Some of these are excellent to take home to use on a daily basis.
Class in run on a pay-what-you-can basis. Just place your payment in the jar by the door. No questions, no judgement. I would hate anyone to miss out for financial reasons.
Bring some water to drink. All mats and cushions are provided. Herbal tea will be available at the end of class.
