Come along for a run through of the foundations of yoga
personal attention - maximum 8 participants
10am - 4pm including breath work, yoga poses and a couple of different styles, meditation with a touch on history and philosophy relevant to the poses. A healthy lunch will also be provided.
We will work to help you find the most comfortable position for you within each pose so you can do yoga in any class, live or online, in the best way for you and your body.
