This one day workshop is also perfect for people who think they can't do yoga.

Sam will lead you through the foundations of yoga - the breath, the poses, how to keep yourself safe & comfortable in each pose, and meditation techniques

I used to be one of them!! I couldn't touch my toes, I had no strength or balance. Even now I am not typically 'Instagram yoga flexible'. I am flexible in the range of motion I need to move with as little pain as possible for my everyday life. My yoga has made me stronger and improved my balance. It has helped me calm my mind and bring warmth to my heart.

I provide understanding, non-judgemental yoga. Come along to learn more about your body, keeping yourself comfortable both physically & mentally, and to find some joy in moving, balancing and settling in your body in the best way for you.

Sunday April 22nd, 2018. 9:30am - 3:30pm including breath work, yoga poses, different styles, meditation with a touch on history and philosophy relevant to the poses. A healthy lunch will also be provided.

I will work to help you find the most comfortable position for you within each pose so you can do yoga in any class, live or online, in the best way for you and your body.

$100 including lunch, tea and snacks. Please book below in to ensure your space and let us know any dietary requirements.
