Silent meditation

Come along for a silent meditation experience once a month. The THIRD Wednesday of each month at 7:15pm.

Through the hour experience breath work, zazen (seated, silent meditation) and walking meditation. You may want to try the walking meditation down the beach once you are comfortable with it.

Class in run on a pay-what-you-can basis. Just place your payment in the jar by the door. No questions, no judgement. I would hate anyone to miss out for financial reasons.

Bring some water to drink. All mats and cushions are provided. Herbal tea will be available at the end of class.

Guided meditation

Come along for a guided meditation experience once a month. The first Wednesday of each month at 7:15pm.

Through the hour experience several different styles of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Breath work, mindfulness, body scans, guided imagery, bead meditations among others. Some of these are excellent to take home to use on a daily basis.
